For this project, D Pearce Constructions collaborated with designer John Cunningham of Cunningham Designs to create a stunning home that takes full advantage of the surrounding city views, while also using stone and timber materials in order to feel integrated with nature.

Western Red Cedar has been used throughout the home for fencing, cladding and screening, as well as in the window frame around the guest bedroom window. The mixture of natural materials gives this home a unique indoor/outdoor connection.

Space has been cleverly utilised in this home, with the owners taking full advantage of every nook and cranny for extra storage, keeping the home uncluttered and open. A hidden study is located under the stairs beside the kitchen, separated by a feature timber screen that not only hides the study from the main living area for extra privacy, but adds aesthetic appeal.
