D Pearce Constructions in collaboration with GreenCoast Building Design was engaged by our clients to create a modern addition and pool to the original post-war home.  The existing home needed some slight renovations and the clients wanted to create an addition that didn't impact the original facade and feel of the old home.  The addition created a modern Kitchen, Living space, and Main Bedroom retreat that extended from the second level and above and celebrates the indoor/outdoor lifestyle of our Queensland lifestyle.  The combination of materials both internally and externally and the colour combination makes this home a standout and we loved creating the space for our clients to enjoy for many years to come!
