A proud winner of the Master Builders 'Most Difficult Site' award, this Cunningham Designs home was by far the most challenging project we have tackled and certainly was a huge achievement for our team and suppliers. The difficult site and unusual house design made this a project we were proud to be chosen to build.  For such a complex build and many factors against us we were also very happy to achieve the completed project within budget and on time, which we pride ourselves on. This house has an extremely high level of finish from the imported marble tiles through to the one off hanging stair case that was custom designed in house.  This house has won several awards around Australia for ourselves and suppliers involved and really speaks for itself.

Duayne did not have any problems during construction, he only had solutions. “Too easy mate” was his response to any request. During construction Duayne often had suggestions for “better ways to do things”. This resulted in better and or more cost effective solutions. I trusted Duayne and his team to build our dream and he has not let me down. He produced a result well above my expectations, on budget and five months ahead of contract completion date. I am so impressed with D Pearce Constructions we are currently discussing construction of another two houses at “Treetops on Birdwood” due to commence this year."
