We specialise in quality residential renovations and new builds. We have worked with many of Queensland's best architects, building designers and trades.

BUILDING PROCESS

From concept to completion, Duayne and the team have the expertise, experience and enthusiasm to undertake any project, regardless of style and complexity. Our team are committed from the first meeting to delivering a thorough

quote proposal, talking you through every step of the process. During your build you will deal directly with Duayne, our Project Manager, and Site Supervisor on a regular basis so you can be assured you're in safe hands the entire process.

Building should be an enjoyable process and we are passionate about creating positive experiences for our homeowners. For this reason, we spend far more time with you during the preliminary stage than most builders. We strongly encourage a homeowner to visit their builder first before exploring design to make sure your expectations are set. In addition to building quality homes, Director Duayne Pearce takes pride in facilitating seminars and information sessions for the trade and consumer industries and is also Co-Founder of Live Life Build with Undercover Architect Amelia Lee, helping builders to achieve their business and life goals.
