The owners of this acreage property in the leafy suburb of Gumdale engaged the teams at D Pearce Constructions and Green Coast Building Design to create a fresh new space with a better flow for their family's way of life.

We seamlessly blended the new addition into one side of the house to match the existing and even the flow of the home to suit the family dynamics.  The new addition saw a new Mud Room/Laundry space, Kitchen, Pantry, and Casual room and the rest of the project was to remodel the existing areas of the house to create a new ensuite, Library area and freshen up other areas of the home.

The clients trusted the collaborative effort between the 2 teams to ensure that the design and construction went hand in hand and pre-construction investigation and selections meant the project was a smooth, seamless process with a great result for all.
