These townhouses were beautifully designed by the team at GreenCoast Building Design. 

The brief was to design and build not your average townhouses.  Internally there needed to be clever design to suit all types of different living arrangements with sufficient external space to be enjoyed without the maintenance.  The coastal location needed to be celebrated with blue tones, timber, concrete and brick and ofcourse these homes needed to stand out from the crowd.

We think all the boxes were ticked and now these homes are being enjoyed thoroughly!
